Steve and his crew were awesome. They were courteous, efficient and provided us with a good looking roof at a fair price, designed to withstand the strong winds off the lake (we hope). We were amazed at how the crew cleaned up after the job…you wouldn’t know they had even been there. I heartily recommend Perfect Choice Roofing.

Outstanding work. Would highly recommend this company. The crew worked like Trojans on a hot summer day and completed the house , a shed and a sauna roof in one day. very fair pricing. At the end of the day, the clean up was so good you would never know they had been there. Pleasant hard working team – awesome !

This past May 2019, Steve and his crew did a total new roof on my large home located at Timber Ridge Estates. May turned into a rainy month, so when they had a window of opportunity, 10 of his men arrived and got the job done in less than three days. My house was fully protected while the old shingles were totally removed so the roof sheathing could be inspected. Clean up was immediate as they were working. Steve had done a small roof repair for me over 10 years ago. I knew that when I would need a new roof; that he would be my choice roofer. His estimate was fair, his warranty work is guaranteed. Everything was in writing and easy to understand and I was keep informed all along the way. Steve and his business are an asset to our community. We need people like Steve who are dedicated to helping people at a fair price for a remarkable job!

August 2018: I would highly recommend Perfect Choice Roofing! The crew was efficient, arrived on time as scheduled and organized their materials so that all debris was cleaned up.
Really liked that tarps and plywood sheets were used to cover and protect gardens and walkways. The roof looks great!

Our roof needed to be redone and I saw Perfect Choice at work on another home on our street a couple of years ago. I was impressed with what I saw. When they did ours they truly know their work, everyone has a job and they react to everything as a team. They are amazing the way they get the work done, not very long for breaks or lunch. I think they should have taken longer it was so hot but no they kept going. The care they give to protecting your house and gardens and the cleanup they did was wonderful. I’ve had a couple of roofs done before but these people were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect choice for a perfect job We were very impressed and satisfied with the work of Perfect Choice from start to finish. Steve was most respectful of our needs and bent over backward to ensure we were happy with dates and choice of shingles. The installation crew personnel were polite and professional making sure that the area was kept clean and no damage was done to plants. We were also very pleased that we heard no offensive language and that the crew did not have a radio blasting out so called music as sometimes is the case with workers from some other roofing companies Very impressed – Thank you

Very happy with Perfect Choice from quotation to final cleanup. Steve’s crew arrive at 7:30 am sharp and went right to work. Within two hours the old roof was off and the prep work for the new roof began. Roof was completely installed and cleanup of entire property was done by 4:00 pm. Crew was very respectful of my property and belongings. Everything was covered and well protected. Would highly recommend Perfect Choice. I also received numerous complements from my surrounding neighbours on the look, quality and speedy installation of my new roof.

A complete list of what was to be included was itemized on quote with additional roof vents.Crew arrived very early in morning and worked very efficiently. Plants and back deck were protected. We would highly recommend Perfect Choice Roofing. The crew arrived early in the morning and got straight to work. Clean up was great, and after they left, you never would have known they had been there. He provided copies of licenses, insurance and WSIB coverage for his employees. No short cuts what so ever. I was amazed how quickly they worked. The fact that they are a local company was only one of the deciding factors. Steve was the only one who actually got on the roof to measure it, even though I told him the square footage. Need a new roof and troughs? Give Steve at Perfect Choice Roofing a call.

Steve Prisk is a great guy to work with. Last fall, I contacted Steve for a quote. He arrived at our home the very next day. He took the time to explain the process, and had a lot of patience with my choosing of the shingles, returning on a separate day to my home with more colours for me to choose from. He even drove by another house that I mentioned to him to compare the colour of that roof. The day of the roofing, the crew arrived bright and early, they were all very friendly and helpful. They stayed on the job, and only took minimal breaks. Clean up was great, plants were protected and after they left, you never would have known they had been there. This spring, I contacted Steve re: a minor issue, and he came right out and fixed it. Great work, Steve and Crew. Nice to know there are still great services out there. Thanks so much. I think we made the Perfect Choice!

Wow what an amazing group of gentlemen !!! very professional extremely neat and tidy, you would never know they were here except for the amazing job they did on my roof ! They were here when they said they would be, extremely polite , covered all my flower beds, driveways and pathways before they started. But what impressed me the most was how polite and respectful this crew is, absolutely no cursing, no music blaring and they never stopped working all day until they were finished! I would HIGHLY recommend this company !
